The Worship Center is committed to making a difference around the world. From feeding the homeless locally to building schools in South Africa, The Worship Center has consistently been a beacon of hope locally as well as globally. Here are many of the outreach initiatives and ministries we serve.

Financial Literacy & Empowerment Conference

Our Financial Conference is a unique one-day conference training ground, led by local and national industry experts, to transform finances, money management practices, and offer tools for home ownership, credit repair, investing, retirement, and more. It is hosted each year during the month of February each year.

Children’s Village

Where the motto is “Love Lives Here,” TWC is committed to supporting this group home that provides love and quality care to neglected and abused children ranging in age from 6-years old to 17-years old.

Operation Help & Hope

For many years, The Worship Center has provided meals to the hungry and homeless, during the Thanksgiving season. Operation Help & Hope allows The Worship Center to make a greater impact in the community by providing meals, grooming services, employment assistance, and more.

Relay For Life

For many years, The Worship Center has been committed to helping find a cure for cancer. Each year, Relay For Life is held to raise funds for the American Cancer Society to support continued cancer research.

Family Matters Conference

The Family Matters Conference is inclusive of singles, couples, youth, and children, each a vital part of the family structure. The goal of this conference is to offer practical tools to managing and growing healthy family units and highlight the importance of family.

Community Fall Festival

With carnival rides, moonwalks, food trucks, and more, The Community Fall Festival, held in October of each year, creates an amazing experience for children and a safe, family-friendly environment that parents appreciate. The festival is free and open to the public.

Community Kitchens of Birmingham

Proper nourishment is an essential part of life. TWC supports the Community Kitchens of Birmingham by providing food and volunteers each month to meet the needs of the surrounding community.

Habitat for Humanity

In an effort to ensure proper housing for families in need, TWC has partnered with Habitat for Humanity. Our ministry volunteers work tirelessly to provide quality living accommodations for those garnered seeking homeownership.

Me to We

ME TO WE empowers communities to lift themselves out of poverty through providing education, clean water and sanitation, health, agriculture and food security, and more. Through a viable partnership, TWC has committed to assisting in the building of a school in Africa and providing financial support for continued education.

Prison Ministry

The Worship Center recognizes that although one may be physically incarcerated, spiritual and mental freedom are still attainable. We minister in six prisons within the State of Alabama: Tutwiler, Staton, Bibb, Limestone, Bullock, Elmore prisons and the Birmingham Work Release Program.
