We all have things that go wrong in our lives from time to time. What do you do when stuff happens? What do you do when things seem to fall apart? What is most important when you’re going through something difficult is not what is happening to you, it’s what is happening IN you. Every obstacle is actually an opportunity. It’s an opportunity for God to teach you something, an opportunity to grow your faith, or any other number of other things. So when you’re going through something difficult, remember that the key to getting through it is how you respond to the challenge that you’re facing.

“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair…Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
– 2 Corinthians 4:8, 16-18 NIV
