Finance

Financial Assistant to CFO

What You Will Do

This role provides comprehensive administrative and financial support to the CFO and finance team. Responsibilities include managing the CFO's calendar, handling communications, organizing meetings and taking notes, and overseeing office tasks such as mail and supply orders. The position also performs a range of accounting functions, including processing payroll in compliance with applicable laws, assisting with financial data entry and reporting, verifying the accuracy of reports, and managing invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and expense reports. Additionally, the role supports budgeting efforts, assists team members as needed, and serves as backup for key finance functions. It also involves coordinating projects, tracking progress, and handling special assignments, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion with sensitive financial information.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, public administration, or a related field, along with at least five years of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. They should be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Outlook, with strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and mature judgment, as well as strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy to effectively support the CFO's office.

Communications

Videographer & Creative Storyteller

What You Will Do

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of video production. From the initial concept meeting to the final export, you will be the creative engine that drives our visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the Communications team and departmental leaders to conceptualize and storyboard innovative video projects, ensuring that every piece of content has a clear purpose and a compelling narrative.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, Broadcasting, or a related field and brings 5 to 7 or more years of professional videography experience backed by a strong portfolio that demonstrates both technical mastery and creative vision. You are highly proficient in industry-standard editing platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects, and you possess extensive hands-on knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
